Needlepoint Patterns through the mail - Now I lay me down to sleep

My Mother use to send for patterns, craft tips, sewing ideas through the mail.  She would fill out a coupon and mail it to the newspaper.  I find quite a few of these patterns at yard sales and antique malls.  Iron On patterns were especially popular.

That's pretty neat! I remember asking my mother to send for things that I would see as a little girl in the back of magazines - she never would. Sigh! Magazines used to be a lot more enjoyable 30 years ago!
