The F.W.Woolworth Cheboygan Michigan Vintage Postcard

The F.W WOOLWORTH Store located on North Main Street in downtown Cheboygan, Michigan.  Once an active lumber center, Cheboygan is now a fast growing industrial city, as well as the shopping center of a popular recreational area.  Highways U.S. 23, U.S. 33 pass through the city, and a few miles to the west is Interstate 75 Freeway.
This deckle edge postcard is probably from the late 1960's or 1970's.

Dear, Madoline,
This is a picture of a very dear little boy.  He had this taken the day before he was three months old and he weighed 15 3/4 pounds, and measured 26 in.  His name is Harold Frederick Moon.  He would throw his little hands and laugh if you came to see him.
Lovingly Mineoa Moon

Maybe its a moonlit night on a Montana River. Strange postcard

One couple seems to be fishing, the middle couple are embracing on a rock, and the farthest couple is on a log near rapids.  I don't know, not too smart. ENLARGED SECTION OF POSTCARD.

Postcards Postcards and more Postcards

From my pile of postcards.  The southwest is just so hot and here at 8 AM I am sweltering already.  No breeze not much relief til Saturday.  So outside I go while it is still OK on the deck in the shade.  The kittens hate this weather and Joey the dog is not thrilled with it either.  So being housebound (well not really) I guess I will list a few items for eBay.  Happy 4th of July.  Stay cool!
