Vintage Purchase Order Envelope for Better Homes & Gardens

Envelope was probably an insert in a magazine.

Magazines before you could digitally download them.  I love the subscription prices for these magazines.  For Better Homes and Garden 60 cents a year, $1.00 for 2 years.  For the magazine Successful Farming 1 year 25 cents, 5 years a dollar.
You can purchase this envelope at Yardsellr

Shoes and more Shoes Cut outs from magazines

I use to cut out pictures in magazines.  I was in an antique mall yesterday and found this baggie full of cut outs from an old magazine.  SHOES It reminded me how as a child I would cut out pretty pictures.  I wonder with the digital age, reading magazines online will end that hobby.  Maybe they still cut out magazines in kindergarten.  Lots of shoes here, probably too expensive for what I got, but I could not resist buying it ($4.50)  there was writing on back but could not figure out the age.

Vintage Postage Stamps

This postage stamp is from the Republic of Cuba.  From 1933 until 1934 radical activists, student intellectuals set up a provisional revolutionary government, but they only stayed in power for one year before overthrown by another radical group.  I thought the postage stamp was interesting with the red lettering about the revolution.
The other stamp is from British Honduras
