Quilt Show - Mariposa Piece Makers, Butterfly Days May 3, 2014 California

Lovely Quilts were on display at the Mariposa County Historical Museum, Central California.  They were sewn by members of the Mariposa Piece Makers.  This is just one of the celebrations that is part of the Annual Butterfly Days, the first weekend in May.
The museum is great place for outdoor displays of these handmade quilts.
This white picket fence is a unique way to display small quilt hangings.
Scottie dogs are always popular.
Right near the History Center riders are preparing for the Butterfly Days parade.
