In this blog I wish to share postcards from my collection with others, as there are many different catagories of postcards. I also will share what I am currently selling on Ebay. I like selling, buying and trading postcards. The Plus in the title is for the handcraft items I make and collect. Also for all the ephemera I collect.

The Camper's Journal - Write it Down, Memories
I love this mini camping journal I bought at an RV store. I was going to give it as a gift but kept it and will probably have my niece fill it when when she goes RVing with us. This book is about 2 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches and has crisp clean pages to write on. The cardboard cover is heavy and has a crisp outdoor feel to it. I even wrote a review for Amazon.com for this book. There is a larger Camping journal available from the publishers journals unlimited.

Happy Easter with Singing Chickens Postcard Friendship Friday
I may have chosen this postcard last year but it is one of my favorite postcards. The baby chickens are so cute singing away, under the direction of Mother Hen. A Joyful Easter to Everyone and also Happy Postcard Friendship Friday.
If these chickens are running around my house I would never see them. The weeds are so high from the heavy rains we had a few weeks ago and need to dry about before we can get out the weedeater and lawnmower. If there are eggs to find on Easter Day I will never find them in the weeds. There are a few pretty wildflowers mixed in with the weeds, lupine and shooting stars. I am ready to get out my gloves and start working in the garden. The cats are happy with the catnip plants I just put in pots.
I have been busy doing spring craft projects among working on my Ebay auctions. I went shopping for Easter Egg Dyes but instead of using them on eggs I dyed plain ribbon and fabric strips into colorful Spring Embellishments. If you did not see them scroll down a few entries and you will see the lovely ribbons just waiting for a project! ENJOY SPRING. Miniature Photographs Northern Vermont State
This small packet which contains the 8 photos has a stamp box on the back side and lines for address but today it would be too small for mailing. I like these tiny photos (2 1/2 in by 3 1/2 in)k because they are actual real photos.
I would guess these mini souvenir photographs are from the 1950's or 1960's. They originally sold for 25 cents.
Interested in this item it is listed on eBay.http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220571555577&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT

Rving with the Snowbirds, Laughlin Nevada Postcard
We have stayed 3 times in this RV park connected to the Riverside Casino in Laughlin Nevada across from Bullhead City Arizona. 750 spaces and mostly empty the first 2 times we stayed in the summer. We received this postcard last month with a special one week getaway. Well we went for just 2 nights after Presidents Day and the RV park looked just like this picture. FULL We did not have reservations but got a space for 2 nights. (cancellations) Just run your finger a few inches to the area at the lower left hand corner for our space. Its off the postcard. This park and others were full. It was 73 degrees and license plates on the RVs were from all over the United States, especially the cold states. 2000 at least RVs in the area. But fun fun and more fun with a great buffet. Also the shuttle boat took you across the Colorado River. Our 8 year old niece wanted to go out of state so we accomodated her. A fun trip in February.
