Is there a Singer Maryland? Postmarked on a postcard 1904

I have this Postal Card addressed to Baltimore but written and mailed FROM Singer, Maryland.  I googled it but could not find it.  Maybe someone knows where Singer is or was.

Meat Extract Liebig Co Antique Trade Cards w/ Kangaroos and Giraffe

The Liebig Company has been the producer of "Meat Extract" . The famous German chemist Justus von Liebig was the inventor of the meat extraction process, which allowed to concentrate and preserve the essential nutrients and flavors of beef in the form of paste or boullion cubes. An English firm, who owned large cattle farms in South America, decided to start the production of the meat extract in 1850 and named it after its inventor. Soon, "Liebig Fleischextrakt" was sold all over the world. The production take place in Fray- Bentos and Colon (South America).

Around 1870 they started to publish fantastic colored lithographed cards and ended in 1975, after having published more than 11.000 different types of cards.

News from the Sierras

Actually there is very little new.  I finished radiation treatment about a month ago and things are looking good.  My husband and I managed to stay alert and drive 80 miles round trip week days for the treatment.  After being home awhile and rested we both have come down with colds  For two weeks we have blown our nose and hacked away with a cough but I think it is finally fading away.

The weather will get cold this Monday with hopefully lots of of rain, much needed in California.  I am getting a little more involved with my craft projects and am so glad to be back to week sewing group gatherings at the Senior Center.  I was given a pattern for Tissue Keeper and they turned out cute and I am making more for stocking stuffers.  Well I feel like cooking a friws egg and toast for breakfast.  Have a Happy Halloween.
